Please read them carefully, as they establish the legal framework for your relationship with Nahla Homes Limited ("Nahla Homes," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nahla Homes. By choosing to invest with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms are designed to protect both Nahla Homes and our investors while ensuring clarity and transparency. Please read them carefully before making any investment decisions.

By participating in one of our partnership tiers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Investment Nature

  • All investments with Nahla Homes are partnership contributions directed towards our ethical, interest-free rent-to-own housing projects in New Zealand.

  • Returns are not guaranteed profits but are calculated based on project performance and structured according to the tier selected.

  • Investments are Shariah-compliant, meaning they exclude interest (riba), hidden fees, and exploitative practices.

3. Partnership Tiers & Returns

Investors may choose from the following tiers, each with its own benefits and return structure:

  1. Bronze Tier – Community Investor ($500+)

    • 2% Annual Return (lifetime) OR 3-year investment with 5x return

    • Early access to upcoming investment opportunities

    • Recognition on our Investor Appreciation Page

    • Quarterly Impact Reports

  2. Silver Tier – Foundation Investor ($10,000+)

    • 2% Annual Return (lifetime) OR 3-year investment with 7x return

    • Same benefits as Bronze, with higher impact

  3. Gold Tier – Growth Investor ($50,000+)

    • 3% Annual Return (lifetime) OR 5-year investment with 7x return

    • Priority access to premium property investment deals

    • Exclusive newsletters and quarterly strategy calls

  4. Platinum Tier – Legacy Investor ($200,000+)

    • 5% Annual Return (lifetime) OR 7-year investment with 8x return

    • Personalized portfolio management

    • VIP access to off-market property investments

    • Private networking events

  5. Founder's Circle – Visionary Investor ($500,000+)

    • Limited to 10 investors

    • 10-year investment with 10x return PLUS 2% Annual Return (lifetime)

    • Exclusive 1-on-1 sessions with Nahla Homes' leadership

    • Direct influence on future strategy

4. Payment of Returns

  • Annual Returns are calculated based on the original invested amount and are paid out once per year, unless otherwise specified in the partnership agreement.

  • Lump sum (5x, 7x, 8x, or 10x) returns are payable after the agreed investment term.

  • Returns are subject to available profits and project performance. Nahla Homes reserves the right to delay or restructure payments in cases of unforeseen market conditions.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

  • All investments involve some level of risk, including potential delays in payouts or reduced returns due to fluctuations in the property market.

  • Investors understand and accept that Nahla Homes does not guarantee fixed profits, except as structured under each tier.

  • Investors are encouraged to seek independent financial and legal advice before committing funds.

6. Withdrawal & Transfer of Investment

  • Early withdrawal may not be available for specific tiers (particularly lump-sum return structures).

  • Any withdrawal or transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to Nahla Homes' approval.

  • Investments are generally non-transferable unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

7. Investor Benefits & Recognition

  • Non-financial benefits (such as recognition pages, newsletters, and networking events) are offered at Nahla Homes' discretion and are subject to change.

  • Access to premium property deals or off-market investments is subject to availability.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Nahla Homes respects investor privacy. Personal and financial information will be kept secure and used only for investment-related purposes.

  • Investors may be listed on recognition pages unless they opt out in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Nahla Homes is not liable for losses resulting from economic downturns, natural disasters, government regulations, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

  • The maximum liability of Nahla Homes to any investor is limited to the amount invested.

10. Governing Law

  • The laws of New Zealand govern these Terms.

  • Any disputes will be handled through mediation in good faith before legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

  • Nahla Homes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions.

  • Investors will be notified in writing of any changes to the terms. Continued investment participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
